Film-Based Team Building
We come from the world of film production, and we believe this is our greatest advantage. Our goal is to share that experience with you and bring you closer to our “world” through the organization of a simulated film shoot, an interactive experience in which your employees become part of a real film crew.
Our aim is to make the entire experience as authentic as possible, while still adapting it to a corporate environment. While a real film set involves complex equipment and large crews, often making it logistically and financially demanding, we carefully simplify the process. We preserve the essence and the “magic of filmmaking,” shaping it into a format that is accessible, dynamic, and enjoyable for all participants.
Script Development & Preparation:
The experience begins before the shoot itself.
Our screenwriter, in collaboration with you, develops a script based on themes you propose. There is also an option for your team to write the script themselves, with our dramaturgical guidance. The script is tailored to the number of participants—defining who wishes to act, who wants to try directing, who prefers working behind the camera, and who is interested in production roles.
The theme, tone, and overall concept are fully customizable, from humor and satire inspired by workplace situations to motivational stories about teamwork. The goal is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and included.
Once completed, the script is submitted for your approval. Participants receive it in advance so they can prepare for their roles.
Role Assignment:
Participants are assigned roles just like on a real film set:
- Director
- Director of Photography
- Assistant Director
- Costume Designer
- Make-up Artist
- Actors
- Extras
Each participant receives a clear and concise explanation of their role, without unnecessary technical overload, but with enough insight to understand their place within the team.
A key role is played by the Assistant Director, the person who, on professional productions, translates the script into a shooting plan and manages the set. They will prepare the schedule and coordinate the shoot, offering guidance on framing, shot types (wide, medium, close-up…) scene rhythm, and transitions, all explained in an engaging and accessible way.
Equipment, Costumes & Locations:
We provide:
- A costume wardrobe for character styling
- A make-up station
- Cameras and lighting equipment
We recommend using semi-professional cameras (similar to those used in TV production), as they are easier to handle and allow complete beginners to fully enjoy the process while still delivering an authentic filmmaking experience.
Locations are selected together with you. We can provide a variety of interiors (apartments, office spaces), exteriors, and unique settings, including handling permits and location logistics.
The shoot can also take place in your own office space, especially if you wish to recreate or humorously reinterpret real workplace situations.
Editing & Final Film version:
The edited material is delivered within 10 days after the shoot. Together with you, we finalize the film through additional adjustments, resulting in a polished final version, perfect as an internal keepsake, a motivational tool, or content for corporate events.
Film Catering & “That’s a Wrap”
During the shoot, we provide professional film catering and craft services, just like on a real set. Participants have access to snacks, fruit, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, with additional options available upon request.
At the end of the shoot, we organize a traditional “wrap party”, a classic film industry celebration marking the completion of production. In a relaxed atmosphere, with food, drinks, and socializing, we celebrate the shared achievement.
If desired, the final celebration can also be held in one of our partner restaurants in Belgrade, tailored to your needs and budget.
More Than Team Building.
This is not just team building.
This is a creative experience where your team doesn’t just collaborate, but builds a story together, takes responsibility, overcomes challenges, and ultimately watches the result of their collective effort on screen.
